Vrddi utilizes a technology-driven algorithm to determine the beneficiary based on various factors. Once selected, the beneficiary receives the payout directly into their account from their company’s account.

The company HR or senior representative may write an email to us at contactus@vrddi.com to get a demo of the product or one can also book directly from the website by filling out a form and the rest will be taken care of by the Vrddi team.

Only Basic ID KYC documents are required to get started with Vrddi which can be easily managed through HR.

Vrddi can be adopted by companies of any size, from SMEs to Corporations, any organization can integrate Vrddi to address the financial wellness concerns of their employees.

As of now, Vrddi doesn’t offer a voluntary dropout option. However, if an employee decides to leave the organization, while he/she is a part of Vrddi’s ongoing group then, the payout will be adjusted accordingly in the final payment disbursed to the employee by the company.

Employees just need a smartphone to get Vrddi benefits in order to apply for funds under 60+ categories. However, employees applying for Vrddi funds under certain categories such as medical expenses, will have to submit documents to support the claim.

The number of payouts depends upon the timeframe of the group. For example - if an employee is part of a group that is of 3 months then the employee can get the payout maximum 4 times by continuously taking part in other groups of equal time frame within a year. One can also take part in multiple groups at once to multiply their savings fast.

There are 60+ unique categories to apply for funds ranging from medical expenses to tuition fees, marriage, house renovation etc.

Parking gain is given to all members of the group except the beneficiary, who will be getting the Vrddi amount for that particular month. Parking gains are an essential part of the Vrddi scheme, which promotes continuous savings.
